Director/Owner and Instructor
Angela is the owner of Willow, and her yoga journey began in 2000 with a deep connection to both the practice and its philosophy. She is a certified yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and is trained in teaching yoga to children with special needs. After her son’s diagnosis with cerebral palsy, yoga and meditation became a powerful source of healing and strength. Her classes blend heart-centered themes, mindful alignment, and intuitive movement—welcoming you just as you are.

Hannah graduated from Breathe Yoga’s 300 hour Teacher Training in 2017. Since then she has collected certifications in yin, Reiki, trauma-informed yoga, accessible yoga and more. In addition to teaching in studios around Toronto, Hannah teaches yoga and mindfulness in schools and to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Bonnie is a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher & Reiki Practitioner with an educational foundation in Classical Yoga and Ayurveda. She offers women’s retreats, workshops and Vibrational Therapy Sessions incorporating Reiki + Aromatherapy + Flower Essences + Crystal Healing + Yoga + Meditation.

Heather is one of only a handful of Certified Yoga Therapists in Peterborough, with 1000+ hours of training and additional certifications as a Recreation Therapist and Senior Fitness Specialist under her belt. She has worked for over 35 years designing, implementing and evaluating therapeutic programs within both clinical and community settings.

Liz began practicing yoga in 2000 and quickly realized the many physical and emotional benefits that it offers. Liz completed her Ashtanga Certification at the Yoga Sanctuary in Toronto in 2004 and began teaching.
Since that time Liz has completed over 1000 hours of yoga training including Yoga for Athletes, Yin, Prenatal, Anusara, Yoga Detour Method (strength based movements), and Level 2 Training in Somatics.

Monika Holland began her yoga journey in 2011, which became a routine that helped develop the strength and determination to make positive upgrades in her life.
She is a highly sought-after Peterborough yoga instructor, and is known for her calming voice and ability to relax a roomful of yogis. She has additional certifications in Yoga Nidra and Hot Stone placement and massage.

Rebekkah is a yoga instructor with over 18 years of personal practice and a deep appreciation for yoga’s ability to support both physical and mental well-being. She is also a Registered Executive Health Coach, bringing a thoughtful, awareness-based approach to her teaching that honors the connection between nourishment, mindset, and self-care. After years of experiencing the benefits of yoga firsthand, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training to share the practice she loves. Rebekkah’s classes offer a holistic, grounded experience that supports sustainable health and self-awareness.

As a fitness instructor and healthy living enthusiast for the past 25 years, Jane was drawn to Pilates for its focus on mindful movement that develops strong core muscles and improves posture and flexibility.
A mother of two who recently completed a B.Ed. degree in adult education, Jane completed her extensive Mat Certification at Pilates education leader, Body Harmonics.

Sonja Martin is a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher with significant additional training in fertility, pre and postnatal, pelvic floor and core, family, trauma, loss , restorative, yoga nidra and behvaioural therapy.
As a mother of three, surrogate of two, Sonja has been building her family and working in the field of family wellness for over 30 years.

Donna is a 500-hour trained yoga teacher with a specialization in Ayurveda, as well as a Pilates and fitness instructor and personal trainer.
She offers fun, safe and inspiring classes.
In her spare time, Donna is busy on her Bethany farm. Donna has a passion for adventure travel… with more than 25 countries visited the list keeps growing!

Tracey Cockfield (pronounced Cofield) is a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a passion for health and fitness. She began her journey in 2005 as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and expanded her expertise by earning her yoga certification in 2020. Tracey prioritizes safe movements and proper form in her yoga classes, ensuring that participants not only enjoy themselves but also achieve the benefits they seek.

Julie Fallis is grateful to be part of the Willow Studios team. Her yoga journey began in 2010 as a way to slow down during a busy chapter of life, and the practice soon became a source of healing and transformation. After returning to her mat following a challenging period, she completed her 200-hour YTT at Peterborough Yoga & Wellness in December 2023. Julie’s teaching emphasizes intentional, accessible movement, grounded in the belief that yoga doesn’t need to be complicated to be effective or joyful. With over 45 years of combined dance and teaching experience, she values proper form, mindful movement, and loves sharing her evolving Move & Groove Yoga—a playful fusion of dance and yoga.

A former competitive gymnast, Emily has always had a deep love for movement and fitness. Her journey led her to Pilates, where she found not only a new passion but a powerful way to build strength from the inside out. Emily fell in love with how Pilates makes her feel—energized, and strong—and she brings that same energy to every class she teaches

Erin is a yoga and Pilates guide at Willow, as well as a Reiki practitioner and sound bowl healer. Her approach blends movement, energy work, and stillness to create space for deep connection, strength, and healing. She guides with compassion, clarity, and thoughtfulness, meeting students where they are and holding space for growth in all its forms. As a single mom, Erin finds joy in nature, peace in breath, and empowerment through movement, and is grateful to share this journey with the Willow community.
